Mike Richer has worked in the mining and industrial sectors for nearly three decades. Known as a real solutions generator with a distinct ability to see the big picture, Mike aids industry leaders in achieving all goals related to development, improvement, and expansion. He has been recognized for effective project assessment and innovative strategies that both increase productivity and improve cost‐effectiveness. Mike is often called upon to advise on execution, improvement, and occupational health and safety initiatives. He has a career‐long reputation for fostering better reporting while building relationships between operations, contractors, project groups that improve standards across the board. Mike is a respected leader who instills a strong sense of urgency in his team, all while honouring top quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements.

FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER, OWNER
Nelson has extensive experience in operations, regulations and quality assurance in the mining sector. He has worked as Project Coordinator, Shaft Superintendent and Supervisor on a variety of projects in both soft and hard rock mining locations across Canada. Driven by the motto “Safety First, Last & Always”, Nelson has led teams of all sizes from project start to completion, all while achieving client goals and competitive contract conditions.
Jamie has over two decades of experience in sales, service, manufacturing and management related to the mining, pulp and paper and smelting industries. A quick learner who likes a good challenge, he adapts easily to new and changing environments. Jamie has particular skills related to logistics, material management and mechanical installation that ensure projects have what they need, when they need it. He is also owner of Triotek Limited, a Sudbury-based company that provides pumps, valves, expansion joints and accessories to the mining, water/wastewater and pulp/paper industries, with Civiltek co-owner, Paul Fournier. He and Fournier also own and operate Quatro Industries Limited, the Sudbury-based manufacturer specialty mining supply equipment and services.
Paul is Civiltek’s resident jack-of-all-trades, with experience in everything from design to sales, marketing, management, logistics, procurement and material handling. Detail-oriented and always willing to take on new challenges, Paul is a problem-solver and big picture-thinker who is dedicated to getting the job done as efficiently as possible. He is also owner of Triotek Limited, a Sudbury-based company that provides pumps, valves, expansion joints and accessories to the mining, water/wastewater and pulp/paper industries, with Civiltek’s President and co-owner, Jamie Bradley. He and Bradley also own and operate Quatro Industries Limited, the Sudbury-based manufacturer specialty mining supply equipment and services.
Scott is known for his “boots-on-the-ground” know-how and forward-thinking areas of expertise that could only be acquired through a 28 year progressive career in the mining industry. He worked his way up to roles that would refine his systematic and synergetic view of operations, logistics, talent acquisition and development, health and safety, manager, and the one thing they all have in common – people.
Mechanical Manager, Owner
In his role as Mechanical Manager, Luc leads a team of experienced project managers, estimators, supervisors, and crew members that have diverse backgrounds in construction and maintenance. Luc oversees projects and shutdowns from detailing through to completion. With a background in the mining, pulp and paper, steel, power, automotive sectors and also having worked on the client side, Luc has a good perspective for the full client experience and always works to exceed clients’ expectations. As part of his role, Luc believes strongly in mentorship and emphasizes an approach that provides guidance that allows team members to develop and shine.
